I am writing you to recommend Cammie McKenzie, MA and MBA for the ABWA's keynote address. Ms. McKenzie conducted four sessions of the training program, Just What the Patient Ordered...Great Customer Service! for Lee Memorial Health System in 2003. She was able to quickly grasp the issues important to our corporate culture and tailor her presentation accordingly. The result was both well attended and well received.
